How the body adopts to keep us going...........

Through many years of creating fitness and nutritional protocol, I have discovered that the human body is very complicated and adoptative on all levels. It is complicated because of Hormones, Tissues, Organs and Neurotransmitters. The best way to describe this concept is a car Engine. For instance, if a single spark plug is not firing the rest of the plugs will adopt so the car can continue to run until you get it fixed. If you continue to ignore the situation the car will eventually shut down. Our body uses the same concept so we can function mentally, physically and emotionally.
Genetics plays a huge role on how adoptive we are. Someone with a great metabolism or detoxification system will get away with a lot more than others who are constantly battling health issues. If we are not gifted on a genetic level, then we have a disadvantage on our health. Moreover, our body will starts to adopt to our genetic imbalances from an early age. I like to call these imbalances “Red Flags”. Red flags are usually signs for a check up. How do we determine what Red Flags are? The symptoms can be different for everyone. Let’s take Gluten for example, if someone is allergic to it, he or she can get bloated whereas others can complaint about joint pain or brain fog. What I am trying to say is the problem is the same but the symptoms can be different in every individual.
Let us look pass the surface or symptoms of the body. Through Holistic testing, I have learned that our body hides a lot of things such as bacteria during the adoptive stages. After your body is balance hormonally and all your organs are doing great, we feel that we have achieved optimal health. Well, let us make sense of it. If your body have being adopting for your imbalances for 10 to 20 years, then there must be things that are stored in places beside the blood stream that are waiting for our immune system to get weak so it can attack us. I will use my body for instance, after, balancing my body nutritionally, emotionally and physically. I feel great!! However, I can’t seem to lose the lower part of my stomach or my love handle. I try different fitness protocol and nutrition plan. Nothing seems to work. Until, I discover that there are bacteria, Parasites, Funguses and other Pathogens that are interfering with my system physically, hormonally, all my connective tissues and organs. In my opinion, without fixing these imbalances, you will always depend on special Nutrient for support and allergies will always come back in play. As I mention before, our body will adopt for us as long as it can, but eventually, we will have to fix all of our imbalances so we can live a clean and healthy life. The big question will be on everyone mind is where do I start? First, you need to find out all your allergies issue then you need to fix all your organs and hormone imbalances. The next step is where you can go deeper to find out if you have any other imbalances that the body is hiding. These imbalances are the one that will attack you as your immune system get throw off by your lifestyle or virus.

Digestive System

Let us take a look at the digestive system. In my opinion, it is the most important function in your body that allows everything else to work properly. It is said that until you understand the importance of a healthy digestive tract, and take steps to correct imbalances, you will never permanently reverse any disease or illness. Your digestive tract is 25 to 30 feet long and will process 60,000 to 100,00 pounds of food during your life time. That’s a lot of work!!! So helping your digestive tract stay in balance is extremely important. It is not how much you eat but what you eat and how much you digest.Most people have an ineffective and congested digestive tract which is not capable of breaking down food. This can compromise your digestive system so that you only digest a portion of your food. However, after cleansing and rebuilding, your food requirements are decreased significantly because of the improved digestive capabilities. A congested digestive tract is the main reason for advanced aging and a lack of energy.
Here are some of the steps in looking after your digestive system.
Step # 1 – You have to correct your HCL.
Step # 2 – You have to stay away from all allergy foods.
Step # 3 – You have to look at foods that are easy on your digestive system.
Step # 4 – You need to make sure your enzymes are up to date.
Step # 5 – You need to know proper food combinations.

BioWellness Approach

Based on experience from working with thousands of clients, I have come up with two approaches that usually relate to every imbalance known to man. On the broader aspect, our emotions can play a big part of our overall health. This means the more we can get control of our daily stress, the less chance of us going up in flames. I like to describe our emotional stress as fire and the more stressful we are, the bigger the flames.
As you go up the pyramid, the next issues that are usually common among my clients are Environmental and Food Allergies or Sensitivities. These two issues play a big part on your colon, inflammation, brain, muscle and joint pain. By correcting these two imbalances, you will be on your way to optimal health.
As I have mentioned in previous articles, supplements have been given a bad name by practitioners and companies pushing them on people. I like to use supplements as a tool that will help clients restore their health. It should not be a long term solution. I believe supplements should help with your imbalances, then your nutrition and lifestyle changes should be your long term solution.
The last two issues on top of the pyramid are BodyWork and Fitness. As your body is getting balanced internally, the next step is to fix all your imbalances physically. From a therapeutic massage to lifting weights are usually the answer to a great posture and relaxed body. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a complete assessment in order to measure all your weaknesses.
The differences between the two approaches are that the Holistic Approach examines at the body from the root of a situation to determine the cause of the symptoms. The root of a situation can stem from an allergy to emotional. In other words, the Holistic Approach will get your body balanced so you can live a healthy life. Whereas, the BioSignature Approach looks at how you store your fat is an indicator of your hormone imbalance. It is a great way to see the physical changes in your trouble areas. For instance, the more fat you are losing in a specific area, means you are getting leaner and balancing hormones.
Both methods use supplementation, nutrition, fitness and lifestyle changes. The two pyramids will give you an idea on how the approaches or similar yet different.
